JOB RESPONSIBILITY
In Shanghai office, you will work with Chinese and Western colleagues. You will help the Key Account Manager to improve the current work quality and perhaps contribute the processes of the department.
Accounts supporting
Assist Key account team for operation / billing / reporting / KPI / D-Track / incident cases to be done and/or settled timely in high quality.
Data maintenance with cooperative teams for company/client reporting
Assist to communicate with Customer service team and Operation team
Assist to prepare and work out standard procedure process of operation.
Assist to handle and input for different systems.
Other Ad-hoc jobs assigned by Kay account manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree students, major in logistic related disciplines will be preferred
Good work attitude
Detail oriented, with good communication skills
With reporting knowledge and experience will be preferred
Comfortable with different information systems (Excel, operational and accounting systems)
English is a must
