JOB RESPONSIBILITY
This role will report to VP, Asia Pacific; and your will be in charge of:
- Operation process improvement and SOP implementation
- Existing sop analysis (reality versus theory)
- Targeted sop with Cargowise implementation
- SOP with the PO management system for some customers
- Quality control, management and improvement
- data accuracy
- operation quality
- customer service quality
- customer KPI analysis and improvement
- correction plan implementation
- training
- Supplier management
- Supplier database analysis
- Supplier classification
- New supplier approval process
- Tenders follow up for the main suppliers
- Monitoring of their performance and correction plan implementation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
- At least 10 years working experience in freight forwarding industry, min 5 years in management level
- Familiar with the industry and market, know well of overall operational process
- Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skill
- Have commercial acumen
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Strong negotiation skills and leadership skills with experience in managerial position.
- Proficiency in Cargowise System will be a plus;
